This form is strictly for the creation of new NALMA member accounts only.
If you are, or have ever been, a member of NALMA, please do not use this form for account renewal. For renewals or reactivations, login or sign-up at Members Portal. Contact NALMA Board for getting your Member ID and Registration Token if you don't have one.

Please Read Carefully Before Proceeding

To ensure a smooth and efficient registration process, kindly follow these instructions:

Payment Method:

  • At this time, we are accepting membership fees exclusively via e-transfer.
  • Send your e-transfer to: [email protected]
  • Use the password: Nalma2025

Form Usage:

  • Complete this form only if you are applying for a new membership.
  • A separate link will be provided for existing members seeking to renew their membership.

Photograph Submission:

  • Upload a recent photo if you wish to receive a photo membership ID card by email.
  • This step is optional. No need to print photos at a store; a clear photo from your phone is sufficient.
  • Smile and make sure your photo is clear and up-to-date!

Submission:

  • Ensure all required fields are completed.
  • Click Submit at the end of the form.
  • After submission, you will see the following message: Thank you for your submission! You’ll receive an email from NALMA once your application is processed.

Registration Period:

  • Membership registration is currently open until further notice.
